Jo Stroup has lived in Colorado since the age of two and has spent her life exploring the beauty and diversity of the Denver metro area. A graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in Communication Studies, she brings strong people skills, clear communication, and a client-focused mindset to her real estate work.

Jo’s background in hospitality and her experience running her own coffee business shaped her strong work ethic, creativity, and commitment to exceptional service—qualities she now brings to every buyer, seller, and investor she supports. Real estate has always been a passion of hers, and she loves helping clients feel confident and cared for throughout the process.

When she’s not working, Jo enjoys discovering new restaurants and coffee shops (Thai food is her favorite), spending time outdoors hiking, skiing, and horseback riding, and being with her beloved 16-year-old dog.
